Looking for participants for a study on strength training on women with cancer
Tim Gravelle is recruiting participants for his Master’s research study. He will be offering breast and gynecological cancer survivors a 13-week strength training program to explore how strength training affects the fitness and quality of life of survivors.

The Bravest School Challenge has been issued in Nova Scotia!
Millwood High School was Nova Scotia’s first school to join the Shave for the Brave and they finished the 2012 season with 15 heads Shaved and almost $1,600 raised.
