Meghan Waterman (She/Her) is compassionate, thoughtful and resilient. She is a young adult cancer survivor. Having been diagnosed in 2018 with small cell hypercalcemic ovarian carcinoma, she underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy at the age of 19 and completed treatment in 2022. She connected with YACC in 2019 and has been a member since then. She is joining this program as a leader because of her passion for research and advocating for the young adult cancer community.
