On May 18, 2017, students, teachers, and parents gathered in the gymnasium at Larkhall Academy in St. John’s, NL for their second Shave for the Brave, and the energy was phenomenal! Students cheered on the 18 shavers who faced the roar of the razor with chanting, applauding, and singing. The students even finished the Shave with their school chant — we loved it!
Together the Shavers raised over $2,700! Big thanks to Head Hunter Krista Molloy and all the staff, parents, and students at Larkhall Academy for the amazing support and passion. Another shout out and thank you to Lorraine and the stylists from Salon Fredrick’s in the Village Mall for volunteering your amazing skills and for the continued dedication to Shave for the Brave!
