⭐Localife Vancouver: Cozy Season Social

Hi YACCer!

We hope you are enjoying the beginning of winter and keeping cozy!

We are very excited to share a new Localife Vancouver event with you! A snug little gathering where mittens come off, creativity comes out, and the scent of snacks practically hugs you at the door. We can craft something cheerful, swap stories with friends from seasons past and brand-new merry faces, nibble on tasty treats, and let a holiday movie twinkle softly in the background—like a warm, festive wink to keep the cozy vibes glowing.

⭐Localife Winnipeg: Ice Skating at The Forks

Aaniin/Hello YACCer,

I'm excited to share a new Localife Winnipeg event with you!

We'll be gathering for an afternoon of ice skating and hot chocolate at The Forks from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday December 13th 2025. This is a family-friendly event!

We'll be meeting at the Rink Under the Canopy, and for those who prefer not to skate, I’ll be grabbing a table or two just inside (near the entrance closest to the rink) where folks can warm up, sip hot chocolate, and connect.

If you have your own ice skates, please bring them along. If not, skate rentals are available on-site and will be covered by Localife! Hot chocolate will also be provided.

Be sure to dress for the weather and join us for a cozy afternoon of skating and good company!

⭐Localife Toronto: Localife Toronto takes on the Distillery Winter Village!

Hi YACCer!

We are very excited to share a new Localife Toronto event with you! Please join us on Sunday, December 14 from 5pm-7pm for an evening of holiday magic at the Distillery Winter Village! ❄️

Wander through the artisan booths, try some delicious treats, take in the twinkling lights, and connect with the Localife Toronto community. Who knows—if you’ve been nice, you might even catch a glimpse of Santa! 🤫🎅

We will meet just inside the main entrance at Trinity Street before heading in as a group. This event is outdoors, so please dress warmly and wear comfortable footwear for walking.

Looking forward to sharing some festive cheer with you all!

⭐Localife Ottawa: Christmas Market experience at Lansdowne Park!

Hi YACCer!

We are very excited to share a new Localife Ottawa event with you! Come join us as we enjoy the magic of the Ottawa Christmas Market experience at Lansdowne Park. Wander through the twinkling lights of Aberdeen Plaza, enjoy the scent of pine and cinnamon, and take in the sounds of live festive music to celebrate the holidays together. There will be free kids craft paper plate snowman activities and opportunities to meet Santa Claus in the afternoon. Admission to the market is free, and YACC will purchase some tasty treats if you would like, however any personal shopping you'd like to do is at your own cost.

⭐Localife Winnipeg: Roller Skating at Wheelies

I'm very excited to share a new Localife Winnipeg event with you!

Localife Winnipeg will be heading to Wheelies for a night of roller skating (or rollerblading) on Saturday January 10th 2026 for Wheelies Adult Only Skate Night from 7:30pm to 10:00pm!

Localife will cover entrance and skate rentals (you can also bring your own,) as well as some non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. If you’d prefer not to skate, that's totally okay! We’d love for you to come and hang out.

Please RSVP by January 3rd 2026.
