The YAC Prime project recently received a President’s Award for Public Engagement Partnerships from Memorial University which “celebrates excellence in collaborative activities between the public and members of Memorial’s community”!
This award comes with an additional $5,000 grant to continue the work of the project.
The YAC Prime team is currently working with the data to identify exactly how life is different for young adults after cancer in a way that will influence change. We hope to bring the findings to the public sometime in 2019!
