Why did you get involved with YACC?
Adolescent and young adult cancer survivors often encounter physical, educational, vocational, financial, and psychological challenges related to their cancer diagnosis throughout their lives. I firmly believe that providing holistic care and supporting every aspect of their lives is essential to improve their outcomes and quality of life. Since YACC strives to support and empower every young adult living with, through, and beyond cancer, I feel that by getting involved with YACC, I can make meaningful contributions to the care of AYAs with cancer.
