I identify as an NHL survivor (Burkitts lymphoma), a mother of two, and a wife, with a passion for anything outdoors and spending time with my family of four.
Lindsay (she/her) is passionate, kind, and genuine. She is a young adult cancer survivor, diagnosed with Burkitts lymphoma in 2018. She underwent chemotherapy and multiple life-saving surgeries. She was declared in remission just one month after being diagnosed.
She connected with YACC in 2019 after a video of her boudoir experience was featured on national TV. Since then, she has been participating in the private YACC Facebook group and reading blogs, articles, and participating in live events when time allows.
The importance of connecting in her own cancer journey is the main reason she wants to be more involved in supporting the YACC community.
