Mike Lang hosting YA info sessions in Calgary and Edmonton

Screen Shot 2013-08-12 at 5.11.00 PMYou were diagnosed with cancer between the ages of 18 and 39. Now what?
That’s the idea leading informal information/social events for young adults who have dealt with/are dealing with cancer, and their supporters in Edmonton and Calgary.
The events will be hosted by Mike Lang, a young adult cancer survivor, documentary film producer, and friend of YACC. You will watch film clips about young adult cancer survivors on great adventures that encourage them to explore how cancer affected their lives, ask an oncologist and nurse any questions you may have, and learn facts about diet and exercise that might affect your life after cancer.
Refreshments will be provided.
