On April 29, 2021 Localife Vancouver members put on our thinking caps and attempted to escape from Kumospace’s virtual escape room, Milburn Mansion.
The mansion contained 10 puzzle rooms, each with a unique set of games which gave pieces of a final puzzle each time we got a correct answer. Jasper, our AI assistant, helped us out with hints along the way.
In one room, we matched constellations of stars to pixels on a picture to reveal the hidden letters beneath. Then we got lost among the streets of Barcelona using google maps trying to hunt down a cat (or a cow?) and wind our way through the maze of alleyways.
We had a strong team, but alas did not escape this time. We arranged 5/10 of the final puzzle pieces before it was time to leave.
