Localife St. John’s headed to the famous O’Reilly’s Pub on George St. on a Friday in May. Despite being the leader, I was late because my baby didn’t agree on the sitter I had chosen, but I have learned whether I arrive first or last, it doesn’t matter. All I have to do is arrange the night and show up, everyone else does the rest. Each person who shows up welcomes the others and the conversations start flying. There’s never a quiet moment, not even when we are eating.
We started the night off with introductions and conversations, followed by food, laughter, and great traditional Newfoundland music by the Masterless Men. It was another successful and fun-filled night. Until the next one, guys and gals!
