At the end of August, Localife St. John’s had plans to have a bonfire on the beach to send out the summer. However, since Newfoundland is full of surprises weather-wise, we ended up moving to Piatto Pizzeria and Enoteca in downtown St. John’s.
We were able to get a section of the upstairs all to ourselves, and Piatto’s warm atmosphere allowed us to get cozy and comfortable as we shared many laughs, stories, and — of course — pizzas! Filling our bellies with delicious food, and our hearts with genuine connections and laughter was just what we all needed to end the summer together on a high note!
