Thank you to everyone who has supported this event to date. We look forward to seeing you in 2020 for the sixth annual Taylor Bell Memorial Fundraiser, helping us honour our beautiful daughter, Taylor, who we so tragically lost to acute myeloid leukemia, and helping other young adults who need it!
All donations will be split among three wonderful organizations that were very close to Taylor’s heart, Young Adult Cancer Canada (YACC), Youth Singers of Calgary and Alberta Cancer Foundation for The Tom Baker Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic.
Online ticket sales for the 2019 event closed at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 11.
Additional tickets are available at the door.

The first annual Taylor Bell Memorial Fundraiser was held at Julio’s Barrio in Calgary on October 10, 2015, and we have to say a big thank you to everyone that made the event so successful!
Taylor’s mom, Jacqueline, said, “We are so blown away by the enthusiasm and generosity of our friends and families! We had a goal in mind for the amount of money we were hoping to raise with high hopes that we would be able to afford to send a young adult dealing with cancer to one of the life-changing retreats that YACC offers. Well, we surpassed our goal by double the amount! We should be able to send at least three young adults in honour of Taylor, as well as giving a generous portion of our funds to help Taylor’s love, the Youth Singers of Calgary.”
The second event was held on October 8, 2016 and raised over $17,000 to support Taylor’s legacy. YACC’s founder and executive director, Geoff Eaton, shared his personal story as well as educated people on how YACC helps young adults cope with cancer in Canada.
