Join Localife Calgary at Bizarre Gastro Pub on March 12 for a drag show featuring our very own Mx. Jendr at our very own Harjeet Kaur’s pub!
The organizers say this will be “a showdown of legendary proportions: clowns vs. furries! Who will reign supreme? We aren’t totally sure yet, but we promise it’ll be weird, wild, and wonderfully bizarre. Come for the drool-worthy pub eats, stay for the delightfully bizarre drag.”

Localife events are for those who were diagnosed with cancer before the age of 40 and are currently between the ages of 18-39. You may invite a peer supporter who is also within the age range (ex. friend, spouse, sibling, etc.) where space permits. Some events are family-friendly, but you must register all attendees.

Public transit: Accessible by public transit with multiple routes.
Accessibility info: Bizarre Gastro Pub is wheelchair accessible. There is graded sidewalk access to the venue by the entrance. To get into the venue you must pass through an exterior door and an inner door. The venue has two sets of bathrooms containing two stalls each, one of which is wheelchair accessible. If you have physical accessibility needs please reach out to ensure we can accommodate your seating.
Family friendly? No. Must be between 18-39. Feel free to bring a young adult supporter!
