During this YACC Caregiver Chat, Hannah will lead a discussion with a theme of “making plans”.
YACC Caregiver Chats are held through Zoom for any caregivers of a young adult diagnosed with cancer before the age of 40. Each chat is themed to offer a variety of opportunities to connect within the young adult cancer experience.
YACC Chats start at 8 p.m. ET.
