During this YACC Chat, Janean and Cenny will lead a discussion on “sleep and rest.”
YACC Chats are held through Zoom for any young adult diagnosed with cancer before the age of 40 and currently between 18-39. Each chat is themed to offer a variety of opportunities to connect within the young adult cancer experience.
YACC Chats start at 8 p.m. ET.
