On November 25, 2023, the inaugural Insight team met for its last meeting of the year. This was a significant milestone as for many members, it was the final meeting as a part of this extraordinary team.
While I didn’t join this program at its inception of January 2022, I have had the privilege of participating in recent meetings and engaging with these wonderful individuals. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to these volunteers whose commitment to this program has been like a gentle breeze, guiding and shaping YACC’s direction.
These individuals have brought their wealth of expertise, passion for our mission, and diverse perspectives to help propel YACC forward. Each member’s unique perspective has created a mosaic of collaboration and thoughtful conversation, with discussions around the Recover Study, Primetown, engagement opportunities, and more. From giving time to us attending evening and weekend meetings, engaging in rich conversations, and openly sharing their experiences (both good and bad) with us to better serve the community, we thank you.
On behalf of the YACC team, we thank Ainsley, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Krista, Michael, Monica, and Simone for their time, passion, and support these last two years. We are so lucky to have you in this community, and wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
