Head Hunter Kristy Reynolds organized Carbonear’s first Community Shave for the Brave at the TC Square on Sunday, June 12. Eight people raised almost $2,000 and donated a few braids which will be donated to make wigs for children through Continental Hair‘s Wigs for Kids program.
People showed up to Shave alone and with buddies. There were also a couple of parent/child Shave teams with Frances Campbell and her son, Cameron Green, and Chad Parsons and his daughter, Hailey.
