Registration is open for the 11th Annual Darryl Gorman Memorial Walk
Darryl Gorman was a young adult testicular cancer survivor who lost his battle in 1999. His friends and family honour him each June with a 5km fundraising walk in support of Young Adult Cancer Canada (YACC). (Read more about Darryl's history with YACC here.)
They are getting ready for the 2012 walk and are inviting you to get involved! Come join them for a little exercise and a beautiful view, and chat with the people who knew Darryl best.
We hope to see you there!
Details
Date: June 23, 2012
Time: Everyone will leave Legion branch 64 in Holyrood at 1 p.m. and walk to Furey's for a refreshments and prizes.
