To attend Retreat Yourself Adventure:

• Step 1: Complete an application form. Once you’ve completed the form, send it to us either by email to katie@youngadultcancer.ca, by fax to (709) 579-7326, or by mail to Young Adult Cancer Canada, 18 Argyle St. Suite 201, St. John's, NL, A1A 1V3. If you plan on mailing it, please email Karine to let her know to expect it. If you are bringing a supporter with you (friend, sibling, spouse), don't forget to send their application form as well.
• Step 2: Once we receive your application, we will review it and then contact you to let you know if your application was successful. We promise we’ll be quick.
• Step 3: Arrange your travel to the Retreat location. We'll have everything arranged and taken care of once you arrive, but getting there is up to you.

Travel assistance

We do offer travel assistance to help cover the costs of getting to St. John's for those who need it. Please connect with katie@youngadultcancer.ca for more info.
